Focus and Change

I found these two quotes somewhere, sometime ago. They appeared on an old notepad that I was about to throw away. They were important enough for me to write down, and now I want to share.

"Don't dwell on what went wrong.
Instead focus on what you do next.
Spend your energies on moving
forward toward finding the answer."

"Change the changeable, accept the unchangeable,
remove yourself from the unacceptable."
